The Missionvale Campus is located along Johnson Road in the Missionvale area, within reach of communities such as Zwide and New Brighton. It is easily accessible on the main thoroughfare between Gqeberha and Kariega, a location identified as a major growth area by the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality.
The Campus offers various academic programmes and houses the University's state-of-the-art Medical School, opened in 2021.
It is also home to the University’s Foundation Studies programme in the Faculty of Education.
